Actually, the closest thing I can find to a note from Dan and Tim
is the following, taken from the feedback page.
"Developing Sibelius Access has been over a year's work, so Dan
needs to take a break for a while to recover. Tim Burgess will
field any issues in the meantime, via the feedback form."
I wonder when that was posted?
