Yes, you're wrong. It's Windows 7 that Sibelius 7 runs on. It will run on 
Windows 7, either 32 or 64 bit. It will *not* run on XP, regardless of 32 or 
64 bit.

I may be wrong, but I believe someone said that Sibelius 7 doesn't work on a
32-bit operating system. I currently have Windows XP Service Pack 3, 32-bit.

I strongly recommend to give it a try. Things run much faster with NVDA than
Jaws. Plus shortcuts like Ctrl+alt+Cursor up or down and so on aren't in use
by the screen reader. So you actually can work in sibelius without the need
to close the screen reader at all.
