Also, are you running sibelius 5.2? The version that comes on the CD is not
the latest update.

Hi Beccy
You don't have to uninstall anything, since the installation is done by
hand. Just go once more through the installation instructions and ask
questions, if something isn't clear. A common error is, that user
misunderstand where to place which files.
