Well, I suppose a good funeral is better than a bad funeral. But, in any case:
Export your Sibelius file to the MusicXML format.
Import into the Lime notation program.
Launch GoodFeel from Lime's File menu.
GoodFeel creates a formatted braille file in the .gf format.
You can simply rename from .gf to .brf is you wish.
