[SI-LIST] which vendors have good ibis/spice models for 4-rank ddr2 rdimm register ?

Greetings,
I've done an inordinate amount of web crawling to find an answer.
I only find IDT (ICS) as a vendor and their datasheet for this doesn't show
either ibis or spice models.
A different ddr2 part does have models (74sstu32864), but it's not for raw
card M (4 ranks).  Need is for Raw Card M.

jedec name:  SSTU32868  4-rank drive register w/ system parity
Shows up as SSTU32S868 or SSTU32D868 plus other prefix possibly, in actual
vendor part #.

Perhaps somebody has already traveled this nasty nightmare journey and can
mercifully bequeth the results unto me.
Otherwise, I'll have use the ideal-io placeholder... not good at 333.5MHz.
