This is an older piece of equipment (but still a useful one). I suggest you check out any of the used equipment places; there are several that offer pieces like this. However, the on-line catalogs often don't describe the test heads - only the main bodies. You'll likely have to call them to find out what heads they have available. A quick Google search for "used test equipment" provides the companies we typically use.
