[SI-LIST] si-list web pages may be impacted by Hurricane Ivan in New Orleans

If you attempt to utilize the www.si-list.org web site in the next
several days and find that it is inaccessible it may be due to one of
the side effects of Hurricane Ivan as it proceeds through the New
Orleans area.
The si-list web pages are hosted on a server residing in the old Enron
data center in New Orleans. The data center has diesel powered UPS
backup, however depending on what happens down there, net connectivity
could be disrupted.
The si-list refglector should be unaffected by the storm as it is run on
a server in Indianappolis, Indiana.
