Lockheed Martin utilizes internal RSS feeds that can be read directly
through Outlook or any other RSS reader. Users just subscribe to the
individual feeds they are interested in being a part of.

Subject: [SI-LIST] setting up a email reflector

Hello Ray (and SI-Listers),

We at Honeywell are trying to set up an internal email chain that starts
out with a group of Honeywell folks that are interested in one general
subject, and allows new folks to join in (or drop out)...kind of like
the SI-List. Since you're the SI-List Administer, is there any guidance
you can provide on setting this up?

I don't like the one we are currently testing; it emails a ping to the
subscribers and requires them to log onto a website to see the actual
message...too much work.

I really like the simplicity of the SI-List, and the option to go search
the archives for researching previous discussions on a topic.

Thanks,
Jim Peterson
