[SI-LIST] negative mos conductance

hello ppl out there
im trapped in simulation of some circuits in HSPICE.
it gives me negative mos conductance and internal time step too small for
transient analysis. plz tell me the reason fot these and there solution.
plz also tell me where i can find good tutorials on HSPICE.
