[SI-LIST] high value resistors

 Hi Everyone,
I thought some of you might be interested in my latest blog over at
http://circuitadvisor.com[1] .  The blog is right on the home page and
discusses how resistors can act like capacitors. Two examples are given.
Another example are the 470K bleed resistors on the IEC 61000-4-2 Horizontal
Coupling Plane. The act as much like capacitors as resistors.
