[SI-LIST] flex PCB and impedance

Hello experts.
I just came across an issue I'm trying to understand.

The problem: controlling the impedance on 2 layers flex PCB (1 signal,
one reference plane) 5 to 10 cm long, connecting two PCBs

The question: to have a good flexibility we should crosshatch the plane
but to control the impedance it is better to have a uniform not hatched
plane.

Probably controlling the hatch pitch and width we can minimize the
discontinuities but do you have any recommendation ?

Can you suggest anything to read about it ?

Thanks in advance.

Pietro
