I am available immediately for consulting or contract work in SI / PI domain.
Can review layout (post-layout analysis) and fix existing problems, and
optimize the layout for better performance.
Can take full ownership of all SI and PI issues for a new design (pre-layout
analysis) and drive the layout, see it through a fab, assembly, and
characterization / measurements to close the loop on pre-layout simulations.
Have done many working designs with serial links up to 28G; have extensive
experience in DDR3 server and workstation memory subsystems, fiber-optics
modules, high-frequency probing, IBIS-AMI modeling, some PAM4 experience, etc.
