Perform an S to Z parameter conversion. You'll need to know Zo for your 
measuring instrument.  Then for your specimen Zin = 
Z11-(Z12*Z21)/(Z22+Zload).

This can also be done in Matlab: 
http://www.mathworks.com/help/rf/s2z.html especially recommended for 
ports > 2.

bookmarks.
