[SI-LIST] about nonlinear modeling

Dear all,
         Can any one please give some advice of nonlinear modeling for PA 
nonlinear simulation?Because manufacturer need protect their 
intellectual property rights.they can't supply the spice model.Thanks for your 
feedback.
