Hi Hirshtal,
   I  totally agree with the reply  above ,and with some additional words on 
the timing effect of VTT.

The VTT can improve the skew between signals, may  be not a big issuse in  DDR2 
CMD/ADD,but will be critical in 

other high speed interfaces, like TCAM.
