Here is an alternate way:

Use http://www.cdnusers.org and click on Register at the very top of the
page.=20

After you have the simple instructions and have established your
username and password and are logged in, navigate to Articles->Silicon
Package Board->SignalIntegrity->Modeling and scroll down until you find
the title "Creating IBIS Models using Analog Design Environment and
Allegro PCB SI Model Integrity". Select this title.
