[SI-LIST] SFP Electrical Standard Compliance in Simulation

All,

I have a question about channel compliance for the SFP+ electrical standard.
In the spec, all I see is host compliance and module compliance. Am I correct
that there is no explicit end-to-end (chip-to-chip) channel compliance standard
masks then? In an application where there is not necessarily a module-host
distinction (or need to demonstrate compliance separately), then, am I free to
choose host/module compliance points as advantageously as possible from the
point of view of demonstrating compliance, or am I missing something more
fundamental in the spec in this regards?

Thanks in advance for the guidance,
Ed
