Chirag, The current research indicates that SEU errors are possible for SRAM-based FPGA's. Whether they occur in near sea-level applications to any high probability is up for grabs. But it is such a concern in aircraft applications that mil-aero contractors are designing circuits with redundant FPGAs for airborne applications.
