Peter, unfortunately different RAMs have different driver 
characteristics.  10 ohms is a bit light for SDR / DDR.  Your problem 
sounds like ringing and/or crosstalk.  You should resimulate your models to 
determine why you have 10 ohm resistors instead of 24 - 33 ohms.
