Information on calculating the inductance of a rectangular loop can be found at http://www.qsl.net/in3otd/rlsim.html Make your loop out of 50 ohm microstrip. Is this a 13.56 MHz application? If so, this is a near field design based on inductive coupling, and all the formal antenna rigamarole can be ignored.
