Thanks for the Reply!!

The traces are about 6 mil wide & about 15 mil spaced.I believe i can 
conveniently consider them as loosely coupled (I have margin to increase
the spacing to 18 mils).

The models are not available from the vendor.That's the whole issue ..

The values of 8.3 nH/inch & 3.3 pf/ have been from the same book.

of a driver and a single line.  For the loosely coupled case I hope the 
resulting parasitic values will be obvious from inspection of the 
circuit diagram.  If not, I recommend Eric Bogatin's book, "Signal 
Integrity Simplified".
