UltraCAD has just released three papers related to trace
currents/temperatures. They include numerous thermal simulations done in
collaboration with ADAM Research in Germany. The thermal simulations are
compared to the IPC 2152 data, and then a variety of sensitivity
analyses are run. Fusing currents are also simulated. Access the papers
