[SI-LIST] Li cell impedance characteristics

Hello All;

I'm an active 'lurker' on this list, always finding something  
interesting, and even entertaining, so thanks to all of those expert  
contributors !

Does anyone on the list have information on modeling Li-ion cells,  
about 1000 mA-hrs, like those used in mobile phones ?

I would like to build a better spice model than I have, including  
impedance against frequency and temperature.
