You can try in Coil Craft it has the small inductors. You can enter the
parameters for the various values and it will give the possible
solutions.

  I'am working on a very tiny form factor board. I'am looking for
Inductors.
  of  4.7 uH or higher values with current carrying capacity of around
300 mA
  to 400 mA.The size of the inductors should be smallest possible in the
  Industory.Especially the hieght should be the lowset possible.
