[SI-LIST] IBIS v3.2 board modeling

Does anybody know a way of generating an "Electrical Board
Description" file (a .ebd file) from an Allegro board file ?  
I am trying to build an IBIS (v3.2) model of a module.  I
appreciate any help here.
