The way you get IBIS models is you first check the manufacturer's web site. If they are not there, you ask the part manufacturer for them. I notice that your BOM seems to have connector models. You get the spice connector models the same way. If you can't get models, then you either find equivalent parts (i.e. if not TI, then Phillips or Fairchild if it is simple logic) or get creative and make the model based on the data sheet and similar parts or you get a consultant to do it for you. Asking the SI list will not get you models. Many of the more complex IBIS models are also only available with NDA's in place even though the IBIS format was set up to avoid that.
