Have you examined the s-parameters to determine if they are reasonable?
Have you plotted the S11 to see if the file is performing as expected?

Farooq,

First I would check the port assignment (port numbering) to make sure=20
that the diff pair is hooked up the same way in the HSPICE simulation=20
that was assumed in S-parameter extraction.
