Try not use the number as the first letter for filename, modelname, =
nodename
...

   This is pulled from a working s-parameter demo file I just used.  The =

s-paramter file name and model name have been changed to protect the
innocent..

.model NAME s tstonefile=3D'FILENAME.s4p'
s1   txp rxp txn rxn  0 mname=3DNAME INTERPOLATION=3DSTEP

This was for a 4 port single ended representation a 2 port differential=20
model.  Ports txp and txn are inputs and rxp and rxn outputs.
