Either run the simulation for longer time (in the order of millisecond / micro
second)
or replace the capacitor with a equivalent low valued resistor {Xc = 1/
(2*pi*f*C).}
The first case takes longer time for the simulation to end... and if you want
to measure eye pattern, you have to run normal simulation, figure out the
settling time and skip those many bits in plotting the eye.(check the eye
pattern set-up)

We ran a number simulations a few years back looking at this capacitor
charging issue. In the end we found that simply replacing the caps with
zero ohm resistors (with parasitics similar to the caps) resulted in
nearly indistinguishable results once the caps settled down - with the
exception of the DC offset.
