Hi,Jia Basically, any FEM tool will be the right tool to solve this problem. However, I find there is a easy-to-use tool dedicated to your problem. TASpcb, an thermal tool from harvard thermal(http://www.harvardthermal.com), has an option to solve voltage drop on the traces. This tool have a excellent interface with Allegro, and you don't need to know any FEM basics.
