Dear list members,

This message is to inform you that after a full year of overlap in 
service, the http://home.att.net/~istvan.novak/index.html website has 
been completely decommissioned and replaced by the 
http://www.electrical-integrity.com site.  Please update your bookmarks 
and links if you have not done so yet.

I want to take this opportunity to thank everyone who gave feedback and 
suggestions about the new site.  Based on the feedback, some structural 
changes have been implemented.  An archive has been created for the 
QuietPower column articles that are going to appear regularly in English 
and Chinese (Mandarin) on the IConnect PCB Design 007 website; in 
English at 
http://www.pcbdesign007.com/pages/columns.cgi?clmcatid=&clmid=43.  The 
short articles will cover primarily power distribution questions and 
issues: design concepts, best practices, potential pitfalls, measurement 
approaches, simulations, SI and EMI issues related to power 
distribution.  The newest article will always appear on the IConnect PCB 
Design 007 website first, and about a month later when the next article 
is published, it gets archived also on the QuietPower page at 
http://www.electrical-integrity.com
