Zdiff=3DZpp+Znn-2*Zpn
Zdiff---differential impedance;

Zpp---single-ended impedance of positive lane;

Znn---single-ended impedance of negative lane;

Zpn---mutual impedance between P and N.

You can't get the Zdiff by measuring the single-ended impedance of each
lanes, since you can't get the mutual coupling impedance. You need to
measure them at the same time using differential probe.
