Hello Vinoth, from Gerbers you can not learn too much. You do have no net information in there and also stackup information is quite limited (if included at all). If you want to learn something about DDR2 / DDR3 the starting point is the DRAM device spec and DIMM Module specification. You can get both from www.JEDEC.org (after free registration) Best regards Hermann P.S. of course you can also join our trainings on DRAM Memory (also online if needed) ;-) Our next Events: ================ DRAM Seminar "Open the Black Box of Memory" at TAE Esslingen on 5/6th October 2011 "Schnelle Speicher fuer low cost Anwendungen in der Elektronik" Signal Ingegrity Seminar "Open the Black Box of Signal Integrity" at TH Aalen on 29th October 2011 Visit us on Embedded World 2012 Our location: Hall 1 / Booth 509 Check our website or contact us for details EKH - EyeKnowHow Hermann Ruckerbauer www.EyeKnowHow.de Hermann.Ruckerbauer@xxxxxxxxxxxxx Veilchenstrasse 1 94554 Moos Tel.: +49 (0)9938 / 902 083 Mobile: +49 (0)176 / 787 787 77 Fax: +49 (0)3212 / 121 9008 schrieb vinoth raja: > Hallo! > I need to learn somthing about DDR2 & DDR3.
