Hello Vinoth,

from Gerbers you can not learn too much.
You do have no net information in there and also stackup information is
quite limited (if included at all).

If you want to learn something about DDR2 / DDR3 the starting point is
the DRAM device spec and DIMM Module specification.
You can get both from www.JEDEC.org (after free registration)
