[SI-LIST] Buried Resistors

We are in the process of starting to design with buried resistors.
Does anybody have a small partial board I can look at in Allegro with buried 
resistors.
I need to start designing with them and I have not clue  what is the process of 
designing
with them.
Any help is greatly appreciated.
