* Board Design Lead
o 10+ years experience in high speed board design
o Strong understanding of transmission lines, termination schemes,
signal integrity, and power delivery
o Work closely with packaging and signal integrity engineers to
develop board layout and routing rules, and decoupling networks
o Supervise CAD engineers
o Participate in silicon bring up and characterization activities
o Familiarity with schematic capture and board layout tools, FPGA
design, high speed scopes, and logic analyzers
o Strong lab skills is a must
o MSEE desired
