My definition of a puppy mill
a person or group who constantly breeds dogs, either one breed or multiple
breeds, with the sole purpose of financial gain. the pups produced will be
sold asap, so they dont use up the breeders resources, and the breeding
stock is kept in good enough condition to be effective (to be breed) and
nothing else. when the breeding stock is no longer effective, they are
dispose
of, either by euthanasia, or the county shelter, or sold to make an extra
buck on them.
puppy mills dont worry about the protein % on the food, or whether is
kibble or raw. they dont worry about vaccine protocols. they dont worry about
pedigrees and bloodlines. they dont worry about socialization. they dont
worry about accommodations. and many dont even worry about sanitation.
