[ SHOWGSD-L ] small brag

Our lovely Hagar the Horrible went Reserve Winners Dog today, his second day
out, yesterday being the first. He behaved very well in the one dog 9-12
class, LOL, and did not so good in winners, when he was in front, and did not
know about dogs being behind...talk about being startled! Anyhow, got nice
reviews from the judge, who, incidentally, did a fantastic job. She gave Dyna a
third in a large class, so we did not win, but I am here to tell you that if
she is judging in your local All breed, do show under her, she is very
knowledgeable. Her name is Monica Canistrini, and I would show under her any
time.
She judged like a specialist, lots of gaiting, and lots of individual
gaiting. Dyna had been last, and acted like a hyper idiot, but she found her,
and
moved her up 7 bitches. She can move, she just can't stay still, LOL. I will
have picture of Hagar on website when we get them back. Hagar is out of a
Ben/Sassy daughter, and his dad is Venture, a Sammy vom Drachenberg son, full
brother to Ch. KW Tanzanite. Venture's mom is a Frequent Flyer/ Sassy
daughter. Venture might be starting his own career, now that he has matured,
along
with his brother Xander. Both males are big, and big takes time. Brother
Apache
is in Hawaii in Quarantine, and hopefully will do us proud there too.
