I was wrong the dog in the video is not Klodo but this one...

It was pointed out to me in private they did not believe it was him so I did
more research
to make sure. It did look to me at first a distorted photo of Klodo.

That was one of the German dogs. There was another more modern German dog
and the photo was retouched. How many other photos were retouched?
