Great post. Longworth was just down the road from us in Grand Rapids,
Michigan. He bred on whites up to the time the breed standard was changed.
I wanted to suggest another book, expecially for the beginner. It is
German Shepherd Dog (clever name) by Cindy Victor through Dog Life. I love
the
fact checker for the book. Even if she did miss a few points.
