I to agree the right day is the best to breed .I only smeared years ago with
one bitch.That is the only time I did it and never again.Out of 13 yrs
that's the only time one of mine did not conceive .I just had a litter of 9 8
living and bred just once day 14 .I feel very fortunate when I hear of all the
tests and so on done on so many bitches .But I do try to do 2 breedings with
a day inbetween.I think they will let you know when they are ready.But I also
have never had one that had a silient heat either .
