As awful as it is, I fail to understand why people here in this country
can work themselves into an uproar about something that happens on the
other side of the world, and ignore all the anti-breeder legislation
that's being proposed and often passed here at home.
Do we have to have dogs clubbed to death in the streets of our
cities for everybody to wake up and take action?
