[ SHOWGSD-L ] past closing entries

Why do some people think it is ok to cause clubs to panic over the entries
by entering 2,3, 4 days after a shows closing? Show after show this is
done. The poor clubs who are renting a site, paying insurance ,flying in a
judge etc. are pulling out their hair thinking they are only going to have 1
or 2 points and the club members are going to foot the bill for
everything-If the club does take late entries they will only have 2 points
and not be able to cover the cost of the show
The same people who consistently enter specialties late manage to get their
all breed entries in on time.
Why do people in the area of the show not enter their dogs and help the
clubs out and yet cry out about a club saying they have to shut down due to
note enough entries and not enough club members to do the work
what a sad state of affairs
