I have yellow ochre, lemon yellow, burnt umber and bright red. It's a small
palette because we were taught to mix the colors we want. Wasn't allowed to
use black either, had to mix it. I keep trying, but I wind up with a washed
out color not one wants to see on a gsd.

i use a variety of tans, yellows, oranges, and browns depending on what I am
doing. It became an interesting choice when I had to settle for one coor thread
for the jacket - it ended up being nutmeg, I believe, although with another
brand thread it was terra cota.
