Here are some definitions: Whining - complaining about something that
can't be changed and possibly shouldn't be.
Complaining - complaining
about something that MIGHT be changed, or should be.
Bitching - complaining about
something that never should have been, and trying to convince the powers
that be that F...ed up in the first place to correct their mistake.
