Menu (Canada) buying product from an oversees supplier (China) has brought
some interesting facts to light, with far broader implications I'm afraid
than the current recall, contents of pet food, corporate responsibility or
even
the push that will surely come once folks realize how little damages they
can collect to legislate pet owners as "guardians".
Did you know the US currently imports more (food products) than we produce?
And guess who much is actually inspected by either the USDA or FDA?
Sitting down???? Less than 1%. (Source, Headline News)
