Let's see... 12 years ago would be the 1994 US Grand Victor who was also the
1992 Grand Victor. I highly doubt he had testicular issues, as a number of
highly qualified judges had their hands on him, 2 of which decided he should
be awarded this prestigious title. I know for 100% positive the 1995 US
Grand Victor did not have problems with his jewels either. The 1993 Grand
Victor, came from the classes that year, and I think that the at least 2
judges had their hands on his equipment -- and didn't find any issues, not
to mention he also had enough other judges on him that didn't find any
issues to the point he finished his title.
Are you perhaps thinking of the rumors associated with a certain Grand
Victor from over 30 years ago?
