Not for Linda since she has not been judging for 5 years.YOu have to be a
judge for 5 years in order to be on the ballot. Not that I would have a
problem with Linda as I think she would be an excellent judge for the
Nationals. You just have to wait a few more years then do a petition for her
:-)
