Hi Sally,
It was based on the current treasury and past figures. We just received the
data (not complete) for the latest two quarters of 2007 after we got to the
meeting. We spent a lot of time going over what the income appeared to be
and what appeared to have been spent last year and the previous couple of
years
from important committees. The use of the word "past" there does not mean
not current.
Our new treasurer is converting the accounts to Quik Books. She was getting
up to speed very fast.
