I'm getting ready to put a cement brick in Laz's water. I fill it up, he digs
it all out. Maybe with a big huge brick in there, he can't dig...

Finally put his water in smaller buckets and hung them on the chainlink.
Even
bungee around the water bucket doesn't deter him. If it's in a bowl or a
bucket, it's HIS job to turn it over. :-)
