[ SHOWGSD-L ] ear glue

We tried the ears forms and glue online , The glue
irritated the ears,
how can you get the glue off the ears .The ears are red and sore looking.I
emailed the site I got them from for help. They said they have never had any
complaints about irritation before.Any help would really be
